These terms and conditions govern your access to and use of the Nadel website and platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when registering and for keeping your login details confidential. You must notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
You keep ownership of the products, menus, descriptions, prices, images and other content you publish through Nadel. You are responsible for ensuring that this content is accurate, lawful, and that you hold the rights required to publish it.
You agree not to use the platform to publish unlawful, misleading or infringing material, to interfere with the operation of the service, or to attempt to access parts of the system you are not authorised to use.
We work to keep the platform available and reliable, but the service may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control. We may also add, change or remove features over time.
The Nadel name, platform, software and design belong to Nadel. Using the service does not transfer any ownership of these to you.
You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or is used in a way that harms other users or the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
